First: It’s not so much that Elise is prone to fainting Margo thinks, more than she reacts badly to, well, everything.

It’s cute, she is cute, Margo finds it all rather endearing.

Elise takes a breath, and Margo watches as she takes in air, wondering exactly what her android body does with the chemicals that make up the air.

She isn’t sure what to say for a moment, but the urge to pull Elise into an embrace is strong. She’s never seen Elise look sad before, she’s usually smiling or confused. For an entire year Elise has been cute and sweet and only serious when she’s talking about baking.

"Are you ready?" Margo yells.

She can hear Elise running around upstairs but considering the woman is dressed she has no idea what she's doing. Margo has all the cakes in the car and they're already running late.

"I'm looking for a sheet?"

"A sheet?" she shouts back.

"Gingham, red, looks like a picnic table."

There is a thud, then silence and Margo frowns.

"You're resetting aren't you?"

The silence is her answer and she heads upstairs to make sure her friend hasn't injured herself hitting the floor.

Margo grabs her then, wrapping her arms around her and pulling her into a tight embrace. She holds her for a long minute, marvelling at her friend. There is so much to talk about, and so much to do but she needs a hug first.

And a cup of tea.

Elise kisses Margo on the cheek as she heads into the kitchen. She definitely wants to do that, even if she doesn't understand why she shouldn't belong to Margo. Margo who wouldn't hurt her at all.

She jumps when Margo grabs her, panics after her encounter with Dr. Micheals but when the woman wraps her arms around her she breathes deeply and falls into the embrace.

This is good.
