I know it says three but, well I can't help myself.

Discords

So first up is the LGBTQIA+ Writers Discord - I'm an admin there and it's a great place to get help with WIPs and help with sensitive topics and connect with other LGBTQIA+ writers. I run the groups and communities of the same on Facebook, DW and Pfio. 

Pillowtalk is an unaffiliated pillowfort discord server I'm a member of and really like.

Facebook Groups

LGBT+ Support Network is a good facebook group and an offshoot of LGBT+ Geeks Unite, another good group. The admin are really good too.

Writer's With Mental Illness is a small group but a good one and my favourite poetry group is Poets On The Page.

Challenges

Black Emporium Exchange is a rarepair exchange for Dragon Age.

Get Your Words Out is a writing pledge. 

Pillowfort

Community Ads is a good one for finding communities. 

Blanket BoxBox is a great comm. 

I also like Fandom Olds and Friend Fort.

WriteLGBT+ - relatively new but good.
